About Sandra Mournet Tarcov
"Sandra Mournet Tarcov, Born and raised on the upper east side of Manhattan. Moved to Philadelphia 30 plus years ago to work for CBS-TV. Now retired I found the only thing I really have patience for and that is Bead Weaving. I am self taught thanks to beading magazines and Youtube. I use only top of the line seed beads from Japan and Czech Republic they are all glass beads. My jewelry is woven using a beading needle and fishing line."
