About Philip Zuchman
Philip loved creating Encaustics from his own home-made wax, mixing with dried pigments, to often surprising results on small wood panels.
He never had a preconceived idea about what he was creating...except knowing that they would be landscapes since he was a dedicated landscape painter (en plein air and in the studio).
These are intimate and beautiful and emotionally stirring...always something to discover!
